I met Dermot about a year ago at one of his training courses, it was entertaining, it was refreshing, it was interesting, and it ticked a lot of boxes for me. I said it to the Management Team when I came back and I’m delighted to say all of our team have now gone through the programme. I’ve just come out from a Management program again with Dermot and I have to say, Dermot’s done a superb job again.
